Win7 Pro bit, Win8 Pro bit. If anyone has an operating Vista partition and can put the extracted driver up on a file share, i’ll try merging the driver tomorrow and see if it works.

This ia an acceptable workaround for when you HAVE to play video, but still means that this driver is broke and needs fixing, as we are mohile what little hardware accel we had.

Wednesday, January 14, They have the chipset drivers for W7, but no graphics driver is available. Windows 7 apparently does not support the use of an XPDM driver. Actually I think it’s not difficult to make Win7 Desktop run on this chipset, because it’s well on Vista.

Just tried that link. So basicallyit sounds like there is no way to make a driver for this chipset to meet WDDM standards and unless Microsoft makes some changes to Windows 7, to allow for XPDM drivers to work like they did in Vista, then there’s no way to really run the new OS. It works great with Vista and Win7.
