The problem is that no graphic work can be accomplished properly, no Ardeon videos can be seen, and scrolling while online is awful slow.
Well, after installing a new hard disk and removing the dust of my Recovery Disks, I started the daunting task of reinstalling and updating all my software. Daavee, Thank you for posting.
I have tried installs after uninstalls, updates after reupdates, registry cleaning, chipset searches, on and on and on and At the suggestion of an AMD technician, I also have removed and reinstalled the video card — he thought that poor connection could be the culprit. I have rebuilt the XP operating system three times.

HAVE SPENT DAYS TRYING TO INSTALL RADEON HD 4650 AGP IN WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER
I even got to step onto a few computer tech’s ego in the process don’t recommend it. The recovery tadeon were made 9 years ago, when the computer was new. Do you receive any error message?
